Kristi Telschow is the CEO and Founder of Jersey Staffing Solutions, LLC. With a desire to succeed and an unstoppable work ethic, Kristi started developing her clients the old fashioned way, cold calling and door to door sales, to build lasting relationships. Kristi works with customers not only to provide the best possible candidates for each organization, but collaborates with customers to understand individual needs and expectations. Her concept, "Beyond the resume" is a motto she lives every day. Kristi trains her staff members to personally meet with their clients and candidates to determine the short term and long term goals of their recruiting needs and partnering in developing a road-map to accomplish those goals. With her philosophy and customer experience approach, she has fostered long term clients with many more to come.
