We live in a world where trends change in the blink of an eye. What is working today may not work well tomorrow. The same goes for employee engagement. With every new workforce, trends change. Relying on the employee engagement practices of the past can be risky at best. And with historically low unemployment levels, motivating and retaining the best talent is more critical than ever.

During this presentation, we will discuss the meaning and importance of employee engagement as well review the latest trends:

How have the drivers of engagement changed?
Which engagement tools and tactics should companies adopt to keep up with an evolving workforce?
What do forward-thinking HR professionals need to know about employee engagement to ensure they add value to the business?
