ABOUT OUR PROGRAM:

“For God there is faith; all other bring data” is a line that any manger can use in almost every situation. Data is the catch word of this century.  From the selling of our insights to big business to hiring staff – do you know how to use and does it really work?

People analytics can identify business problems or opportunities, measure diversity or skills gaps, link data to performance or insight into recruiting practices however we are still in the people business.  Relationships mean everything! As an HR professional one must look at the broader picture and understand where the organization is going.  The HR strategic partner has the opportunity to guide the stabilization of an organization or its growth by identifying both the people analytics and the relational analytics that need to be cultivated.

Diversity in the workforce, Equal Pay Act, marijuana in the workplace, cyber security breaches and workplace violence --Relational Analytics can give us the data to fend off the things that keep us awake at night!

During this presentation, we will review the six structural areas that make up relational analytics that help us to determine how an employee’s relationship with other employees can define them as a good or bad hires. By identifying employee traits we can predict performance, prepare for issues in advance, empower workhorses and stabilize the workforce.
