As an HR leader, how many investigations derail our days and we conclude a bit of empathy, active listening and clear communication would have prevented the conflict? Emotional Intelligence is often the root of many of our misunderstandings, escalations of issues and often diverted resources taking us away from being proactive, HR Strategists. So, how can we embed a self-aware organizational culture? Our October speaker, Tiffany Elliott, guides us through an interactive discussion with practical, ease of use tools and processes and case studies.

During this program:

- We’ll share experiences
- Review the definitions and distinctions of EI and EQ
- Learn the pros/cons and responsible use of assessments
- Gain insight beyond one-off remedies that don’t change the organizational system.

- Our intention is to stimulate thinking
- Provide a variety of roadmaps you can take that best fit your workplace.
