ABOUT OUR PROGRAM:
Having executive presence matters.  It not only accelerates the potential of those who have it, but it undermines the potential of those otherwise competent people who don’t. This presentation will take your understanding of executive presence from “you know it when you see it” to a set of specific behaviors that anyone can develop.  Developing these critical behaviors will enhance your leadership effectiveness and allow you to take control of your career narrative.

By participating in this session, you will be able to:
Move your understanding of executive presence from “you know it when you see it” to a set of specific behaviors that can be developed
Describe why executive presence matters to those you lead as well as those who are responsible for evaluating your career potential
Create a plan to development of your executive presence for greater leadership effectiveness

Overview
Leverage the executive presence model to develop and align three essential elements of executive presence:
 - Leadership behavior – Advocate for your ideas, beliefs and values in a way that creates alignment and engagement
 - Leadership communication – Communicate in a compelling way while making an emotional connection with your stakeholders
 - Your personal brand – Identify what you want to be known for and proactively manage others’ perception about your personal brand and leadership potential -
 - Small group activity
 - Large group discussion
 - Mini self-assessments for each of the three elements of executive presence model (referenced above)
 - Suggested resources for developing executive presence
