Issues around immigration continue to generate headlines around the country -- and headaches for HR professionals are businesses everywhere. This session will explore several key areas that employers should be aware of, including:

·         Predictions on the Trump Administration’s impact on U.S. immigration law.

Jessica Cook
Jessica Cook is a partner in the Atlanta office and a member of the firm's Global Immigration Practice Group. Jessica's practice focuses on immigration and nationality law. Jessica represents local, national and multi-national companies with regard to their immigration needs and has extensive experience representing and advising employers in all areas of business immigration, including temporary employment visas, labor certifications, permanent residency, and outbound visas.
