Chapter Sponsorship Opportunities

How would you like to have your company's name and logo in front of HR professionals -- HR professionals in positions to make decisions about how to spend their company's money? By becoming a sponsor for Morris County SHRM, you will be doing just that. We offer several options of Sponsorship levels to help fit the budgets of the different sized companies that make up our membership. The options:

Gold Sponsorship $5000

Premium placement as the Gold Sponsor with your Company logo and sponsor acknowledgement appearing:

On the homepage of our Chapter website [and positioned at the top of the Sponsors section on our web page], with a link to your Company's website.
On the top of the table signs that acknowledge sponsors at our Chapter meetings.
On the top of the "We thank our Chapter Sponsors" section on our electronic communications.
Three meeting sponsor slots during the Chapter program year [excluding the December "Holiday" meeting].

Silver Sponsorship $2000

Preferred placement as a Silver Sponsor with your Company logo and sponsor acknowledgement appearing:

On the homepage of our Chapter website [and positioned just below the Gold sponsor on the Sponsors section on our web page], with a link to your Company's website.
On the table signs that acknowledge sponsors at our Chapter meetings, placed just below the Gold Sponsor's logo.
In the "We thank our Chapter Sponsors" section on our electronic communications, placed just below the Gold Sponsor's logo.

Bronze Sponsorship $500

Placement as a Bronze Sponsor with your Company name and sponsor acknowledgement appearing:

On the homepage of our Chapter website [and positioned below the Gold and Silver sponsors on the Sponsors section on our web page], with a link to your Company's website.
On the table signs that acknowledge sponsors at our Chapter meetings, placed just below the Gold and Silver Sponsors' logos.
In the "We thank our Chapter Sponsors" section on our electronic communications, placed just below the Gold and Silver Sponsors' logos.

Chapter Meeting Sponsors

Sponsor a specific Chapter meeting and receive the following:

$100 sponsor - logo on table tents, raffle off item and can put handouts on the table for each member [no table in lobby], recognition of company at the meeting by Sponsorship chairperson mentioning your co name to the audience.

$250 sponsor - logo on table tents, raffle off item and can have table in lobby, recognition of company at the meeting by Sponsorship chairperson mentioning your co name to the audience.

$500 sponsor - logo on table tents, company logo and co name on e-mail communications that are sent to members for the month you are sponsoring the meeting, co logo and name on website for the month you sponsor the meeting, raffle item and can have table in lobby, recognition of company at the meeting by Sponsorship chairperson mentioning your co name to the audience and company representative gets to speak about the co they represent for 3 min at the start of the meeting. We only have 1 $500 sponsor per meeting.

ALL Chapter Sponsors and Meeting Sponsors are invited to join us [as our guests] for our December Chapter meeting to mingle, network and celebrate the Holiday Season with our members.
