ABOUT OUR PROGRAM:
Based on experience creating strategic HR interventions to improve managerial and customer service skills, mostly at public utilities and pharmaceutical companies, this presentation will focus on using behavioral dimensions to quantify “soft” skills, such as managerial and customer-service, to make hiring, promoting, training and coaching more successful.
ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
Roy G. Perham, Ph.D. has developed strategic interventions to develop or select managers, supervisors and customer service representatives, mostly at public utilities and pharmaceutical companies. He has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology, and received postgraduate training at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City, teaching graduate courses in statistics and research methods.
